Instant failover with ImageBoot

Instant failover with ImageBoot for ActiveImage Protector

Part of NetJapan’s DisasterReady availability solutions, ImageBoot is a free add-on for ActiveImage Protector's agent-based backup solutions. ImageBoot can boot any full or incremental backup image as a virtual machine in minutes, providing an alternative availability solution to bridge the gap between disaster and recovery.

ImageBoot bypasses lengthy, resource intensive and cumbersome physical to virtual conversion process by instantly creating a temporary replacement server or workstation in VMware Workstation, VMware Player, VMware Player Pro or Microsoft Hyper-V.

Boot a replacement virtual server in minutes

Using ImageBoot is as simple as creating a virtual machine, attaching the disk and booting it up. You will have an exact replica of the crashed machine, allowing your company or clients to continue working while you take the time necessary to repair or replace the original hardware or environment.
